Month of Coordinating and Planning Package

Clients that prefer to plan most of the wedding, yet require a little more assistance and would like to enjoy the last month of their engagement by having an outside professional take the burden of ting up any loose ends and last minute arrangements

• Meet with couple for a 2-hour consultation 4 to 6 weeks prior to the wedding to cover step-by-step details
• Unlimited e-mails and calls throughout the entire planning process
• Review Vendor Contracts
• Detailed wedding day itinerary to be given to Bridal Party and Vendors
• Confirm vendors 1 week prior to your event
• Create reception-seating plan
• Use of our wedding day Emergency Kit
• Direction and coordination of the Wedding Rehearsal (maximum 1.5 hours)
• Greet vendors & coordinate set-up of the ceremony and reception
• Oversee all details on your wedding day, including set up and breakdown of décor
• Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought & set up on wedding day such as: placecards, guest book, toasting glasses, cake server, programs, bubbles, favors, etc
• Coordinate the timing of events from beginning to end
• Lining up and cueing the wedding party when it's time to walk down the aisle
• Gathering wedding party and family members for pictures as needed
• Disperse final payments to all vendors on your wedding day
• Management of entire event from sunrise and until the last chair is stacked and put away
