Day of Coordinating and Planning Package

Clients that want direction on their big day. This service is provided for the client who has chosen the sites for ceremony and reception or already secured vendors, but still needs a coordinator to fully oversee all the vendors and their contracts. Full-service coordinating on the big day.

• Meet with the couple to cover step-by-step details one month prior to the wedding (1.5 to 2 hr consultation)
• Available via phone or e-mail to answer any questions
• Detailed wedding day itinerary to be given to Bridal Party and Vendors
• Use of our wedding day Emergency Kit
• Direction and coordination of Wedding Rehearsal (maximum 1.5 hours)
• Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought & set up on wedding day such as: place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, cake server, programs, bubbles, favors, etc
• Oversee all details on your wedding day, including set up and breakdown of décor
• Cue musicians or music for Ceremony
• Assist with wedding party or guests who have special needs
• Greet Vendors & Coordinate set-up of the Ceremony and Reception
• Lining up and cueing the wedding party when it's time to walk down the aisle
• Gathering wedding party and family members for pictures as needed
• Lining up and cueing the wedding party for the grand entrance at the Reception
• Coordinate the timing of events from beginning to end
• Supervising and communicating with the banquet captain or staff
• Ready and available to handle unexpected situations
• Management of entire event from sunrise and until the last chair is stacked and put away
